Stewart Associates have been appointed to submit a major planning application for 100+ houses on a hillside site to the east of Dunoon Town Centre.  The proposals include a variety of house types – all with panoramic views of the Firth of Clyde as well as interspersed landscaped open space and play areas.

Planning Permission has recently been approved for a small exclusive development of apartments on a seafront site in the south side of Largs.  The contemporary design consists of 5 apartments – all with panoramic views of the river.  Work on-site is expected to commence in summer 2019.

Stewart Associates have been appointed to design the new offices for Western Ferries replacing their existing offices at Hunter’s Quay.  A 2-storey contemporary design is proposed on a small, limited site area with the brief to accommodate all parts of the business within a single building.  Work on-site is expected to commence in summer 2019.
