We’re working on several schemes for re-modelling homes as well as designing new seafront apartments on the south side of Largs – more details to follow.

A series of exciting new developments are underway with a new function suite / Pavilion, extended gardens, business hub and further lodges all underway for a busy 2018.

Planning Permission for a new holiday retreat at Fyne View has been approved with construction commencing later this year.  Works to extend the Marina’s restaurant and bar are on-going with the extended facilities available for use in Spring 2018.

The RDK / CHA design-build scheme for commercial units and flats is taking shape on-site with the steel frame element nearing completion.

Work on plot one is nearing completion and construction works for a bespoke house on Plot 17 begins in November 2017.
