The equestrian works are well underway with Grenville and Robinsons working with A&L McCrae to bring the project to fruition in Spring 2018.


An enjoyable Stewart Associates & Argyll Partnership lunch ( and apres-lunch! ) was had by all prior to a well-earned festive holiday. We’re looking forward to being joined by John Melling in January and congratulations to Felicity Coleman who is the proud mum of Holly-Ann – a gift from the Christmas stork!


A good new year to all our clients and consultants. We’re looking forward to a busy year with a diverse range of projects being developed for existing and new clients.
Planning permission has been granted for two new significant houses on Golf Course Road with construction due to commence in Spring 2018. The houses replace “Hermiston”, a neglected listed Arts and Crafts period villa that was sadly beyond economic repair.

Our part one student, Monika Dimitrova, recently returned to her studies at Strathclyde. She worked extensively on the golf studio / simulator project which opened in October to members and public alike.
