Work is nearing completion on Portavadie’s latest project.  More details to follow….

Work is progressing well on-site for the re-modelling of a detached house adjacent the beach in Seamill. The project entails a complete internal and external refurbishment designed to maximise the views across the Firth of Clyde to the Isle of Arran.

Today we are pleased to announce the handover of the mixed use Gallowgate Street development in Largs with 4 of the Stewart Associates team pictured in the lounge of the top floor flat.   It was a design-build contract with RDK Construction Ltd, Cunninghame Housing Association and Taylor Developments.  More pictures to follow.

The extended Portavadie Marina restaurant and bar has been completed and open for business.  Well done to the main contractor, John Brown ( Strone ) for completing the job whilst keeping the facilities open.

We recently handed over a refurbished steading to the Ardtaraig Trust with construction work completed by John Brown (Strone) Ltd.
