The facilities building comprising office, restaurant, bar and changing facilities opened at the beginning of May 2009. Work on staff and visitor lodges, letting apartments and boardwalk ongoing. Further phases at design stage include the provision of further luxury letting apartments and a leisure pool complex.

The latest expansion of the SAMS Campus in conjunction with our Associate Practice, The Argyll Partnership is now on-site and scheduled for completion in November 2010. The project comprises the design and implementation of a new undergraduate teaching facility with visitor centre and cafe.
